This Fall was spectacular in Grand County, Colorado. Being in drought, I thought the leaves would just turn brown from the dry weather and heat, but it was colorful and dramatic.
One morning the fog was lingering as I took a walk along a ridge in Granby Ranch. The views were wonderful, I especially liked the stumps left from the mountain pine beetle epidemic, even such a devastation can leave its good side.
I hope the fall was kind wherever you live, and here’s to a great winter. The more snow the better, an end to drought, and good sliding!
